Four Construction Companies Blacklisted for Unsatisfactory Work

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted four construction companies for failing to deliver satisfactory work. These companies are now barred from participating in any government procurement processes for one year.

According to the official notice, the companies and their key individuals are:

  1. Green Leaf Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu – Key person: Luna Kharel
  2. Shivam Construction, Dhanusha – Key person: Radheshyam Jha
  3. D.G. Eagle Construction, Kathmandu – Key person: Raghunath Kumar Thakur
  4. Thomas Construction & Suppliers, Sunsari – Key person: Munni Kumari Mehta

Why Were They Blacklisted?

The decision was made based on recommendations from different government bodies due to the companies’ failure to meet expected performance standards:

  • Green Leaf Pvt. Ltd. was recommended for blacklisting by the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Sunsari.
  • Shivam Construction was recommended by the Gausala Municipality Office, Mahottari.
  • D.G. Eagle Construction was recommended by the Federal Road Supervision and Monitoring Office, Rautahat.
  • Thomas Construction & Suppliers was recommended by the Urban Development and Building Office, Biratnagar.

These companies will not be eligible to participate in any public procurement during their one-year blacklisting period.
