Four schoolgirls from the same area in Belbari-2, Morang, have been missing since Republic Day, May 28 (Jestha 15).
The missing girls include Janisha Nepali (13) and Sabita Pariyar (15), students of Mahendra Secondary School in Sukrabare, Sundarharaicha-11. The other two are Smriti Karki Doli (12) and Anushka Karki Doli, students at Kabir Secondary School in Belbari-2.
They reportedly left home together to visit friends and have not returned since. Local police inspector Krishna Bahadur Khatri of the Belbari Area Police Office said a search is underway to locate them.
