Neil unexpectedly crosses paths with Teju’s family once again, prompting Teju to joke about the unusual string of coincidences. Wanting to lighten the mood, Neil hands chocolates to Vedant and Teju. However, Mohit grows curious about Neil’s presence and questions him. Sticking to his previous lie about being a doctor, Neil explains that he is merely dropping off his employer, a doctor visiting for a medical campaign. Mohit and Mukta then mention that they, too, will be staying for the week.
Later at the hotel, Neil, while carrying his luggage, accidentally bumps into Teju. As he apologizes, a stethoscope tumbles out of his bag. Teju notices it immediately and questions him.
