Teju sat lost in thought about Mohit when Aditi approached, easily reading her mind. With a knowing smile, Aditi asked if she was thinking about him. Teju admitted it, prompting Aditi to offer her some tea. Their conversation had barely begun when Lakshmi stormed in, knocking the tea glass aside. She ordered Teju to finish the laundry first. When Teju hesitantly asked about using a washing machine, Lakshmi scoffed, insisting that everything be washed by hand.
A short while later, Deepali called everyone for breakfast and invited Teju to join. But Lakshmi imposed a harsh condition—Teju could only eat after completing all the house chores.
