These positions are open in the Integrated Risk and Information Technology departments.
Required Education and Departments
You need at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
Departments Hiring:
- Integrated Risk: Information Security Analyst (ISA)
- Information Technology: Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Reporting Analysts / BI Dashboard Developer
Age Limit
- Officer Level: Not above 40 years old on the application deadline
- Assistant Level: Not above 35 years old on the application deadline
Work Experience Needed
- Officer Level: Minimum 2 years in banking or financial institutions, or 3 years in a similar role
- Assistant Level: Minimum 1 year in banking or financial institutions
Responsibilities for Integrated Risk Department (Information Security Analyst)
Officer Level:
- Conduct VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)
- Apply risk mitigation strategies and secure systems
- Run access control reviews and security configuration assessments
- Do red teaming to test security measures
- Review network and application security
- Monitor SIEM logs to detect threats
Preferred Certifications:
CEH (Practical), CPENT, CRTO, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
Assistant Level:
- Help in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
- Monitor and analyze threats via SIEM logs
- Write reports and enforce security policies
Preferred Certifications:
CEH (Practical), Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)
Responsibilities for Information Technology Department
Data Scientist
- Collect and clean data to find patterns
- Build machine learning models
- Use clustering, neural networks, and decision trees
Required Skills:
- Python, R, or SQL
- Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
- Understanding of AI operations, data mining, and data optimization
Data Engineer / Data Analyst
- Manage pipelines and build platforms
- Lead data integration efforts
- Work on data modeling and warehouse optimization
Required Skills:
- SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP
- Programming skills, testing tools
- Build ETL pipelines and use Data Lakes
- Familiar with Linux systems
Reporting Analyst / BI Dashboard Developer
- Turn data into visuals and dashboards for business insights
Required Skills:
- Tools like Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, D3.js
- Strong SQL for data extraction
- Understand business data and operations
- Create dashboards to support decisions
