The magic is back! HBO has officially announced the lead trio for its much-anticipated Harry Potter television series, and fresh faces are stepping into these iconic roles. The announcement was made through an Instagram post featuring a magical message and a scenic photo of the cast sitting in a meadow.

Dominic McLaughlin Cast as the New Harry Potter

Dominic McLaughlin will play the Boy Who Lived in the new HBO adaptation. Described as a “screen newcomer”, Dominic was selected through an open casting call held last year for children aged 9 to 11.
