The grand finale of Miss World 2025 took place on May 31 at Hyderabad’s HiTEX Exhibition Centre. Contestants from four continents were shortlisted, with five participants from each continent making up the top 20.
India’s Nandini Gupta Reaches Top 20
Nandini Gupta represented India and made it into the top 20. However, she didn’t make it to the final eight. The crown was finally won by Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri.
Although Nandini didn’t win, she won many hearts. She comes from Kota, Rajasthan, and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. She also completed her schooling in Kota.
Nandini gained national attention in 2023 when she won the Miss India title. She’s active on social media, where her photos often attract praise and comparisons to Bollywood stars like Aishwarya Rai and Deepika Padukone.
Even though she didn’t win Miss World, many admire her beauty. She’s often compared to big stars like Aishwarya Rai, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt for her elegance and charm.
Nandini also won the Miss Rajasthan title in 2023. She considers actress Priyanka Chopra her role model. She once shared that since the age of 10, she dreamed of becoming Miss India like Priyanka.

Nandini enjoys dancing and traveling. Whenever she gets free time, she spends it doing these activities. Her father, Sumit Gupta, is a businessman, and her mother, Rekha Gupta, is a homemaker.
