The episode opens with Mahua telling Meghla to stop causing trouble for Chandan, who is unwilling to attend her reception. Both Meghla and Ranbir are surprised by her accusation. Meghla tries to explain, but Mahua dismisses her attempt, insisting there’s no need for clarification. Ranbir intervenes, attempting to defend Meghla, but Mahua remains adamant, claiming she has known Meghla for years and believes she is at fault. She refuses to discuss the matter further. Ranbir leaves to meet his friends, leaving Meghla alone with Mahua and Adrija, who hides her satisfaction.
Elsewhere, Meher and Abin share a lighthearted conversation about their lives, but Zoravar overhears and feels betrayed by Meher, which causes him to storm off in anger. Meanwhile, Adrija praises Meghla for her persistence in convincing Chandan to attend the reception. Meghla compliments Adrija back, but Mahua, misunderstanding the exchange, mocks Meghla, which leaves her feeling upset.
Zoravar continues his taunts against Chandan, bringing up Meghla’s name in a derogatory manner. Chandan questions him, but Zoravar insults Meghla, calling her a parasite and suggesting Chandan should focus on Adrija instead. He praises Adrija’s intellect and even hints at the possibility of hiring her for their hotel. When Adrija enters and greets Zoravar, he continues insulting Meghla, comparing her to Adrija. Ranbir, overhearing this, steps in to confront Zoravar, defending Meghla fiercely. Zoravar, hurt by Ranbir’s words, decides to leave, feeling unwelcome by both Ranbir and Meher.
Chandan expresses disappointment in Ranbir for his actions, but Ranbir stands by his defense of Meghla. Adrija attempts to speak with Ranbir, but he walks away, leaving her frustrated. Later, Anurag and Diljot arrive at the reception, where the family warmly greets them. Diljot warns everyone not to insult Anurag, and they assure her that no such thing will happen. Amarjeet then announces that Balraj won’t be attending the event and asks Simran to start the ceremony.
Simran calls Amarjeet on stage to make a special announcement, introducing Anurag as Diljot’s husband, which delights Diljot. Simran then invites Ranbir and Meghla to the stage. Ranbir heroically puts out the flames, but Meghla loses consciousness. Concern fills the room, and Param and Harman quickly realize that Adrija’s actions were intentional. They are furious, while Adrija regains consciousness, bitterly frustrated that her plan failed. She vows to make Meghla’s life even more difficult.
