The episode begins with Vihaan arriving at the Bose house, accompanied by Ahaan. Anirudh informs him that the family members are not home. As Vihaan hands Ahaan over to Jhanak, she quickly notices that he has a fever. Vihaan confirms that Ahaan deeply misses Jhanak. Arshi, who is also present, remarks on Ahaan’s weakened state. Vihaan explains that Ahaan’s condition stems from his longing for Jhanak. Arshi reassures Vihaan that she will ensure Jhanak returns to him after her delivery. Anirudh offers Vihaan some food, and Jhanak goes to fetch it. However, she makes it clear to Arshi that she is not an object that can be sent away at someone else’s will.
Vihaan directly asks Jhanak if she would consider returning to his home for Ahaan’s sake, promising that his family will treat her well. Arshi interrupts, suggesting that Jhanak would at least have a place to stay. Jhanak responds firmly, stating that she will leave once Arshi’s baby is born but has no intention of returning to Vihaan’s home. Vihaan counters by saying that if Arshi truly cared for Jhanak as a sister, she wouldn’t subject her to such a struggle. Arshi defends herself, claiming Vihaan is misunderstanding her intentions. Meanwhile, at the police station, Kajol informs the inspector that Jhimli is missing. Lalon pleads for help, revealing that Jhimli was romantically involved with a man named Anindo, though they know little about him. The inspector initially brushes off the case, stating it doesn’t appear to be a kidnapping. Lalon, desperate, discloses that along with Jhimli, 50 lakh rupees have gone missing, and he suspects Jhimli took the money. The inspector criticizes Lalon for not being more careful, but agrees to take the case seriously after receiving Jhimli’s photo.
Back at Vihaan’s house, Sejal confronts Ketki about the possibility of Jhanak returning. She questions whether Ketki will allow Jhanak to re-enter the house. Ketki, irritated, asks Sejal if she has a problem with it. Sejal argues that Jhanak could disrupt the family’s values. Ketki scolds Sejal for trying to dictate how she manages the household. However, Sejal presses on, saying she is concerned for Vihaan and the family’s well-being. Ketki says she will think about it, but later reflects on the situation and begins to doubt if bringing Jhanak back is the right decision. Meanwhile, Choton confronts Lalon, accusing him of not informing him sooner about Jhimli’s disappearance. Lalon explains that he didn’t want to burden anyone. Bablu speculates that Jhimli must have left to marry Anindo. Kajol wonders why Jhimli would need money if Anindo is wealthy. Anuradha, feeling ashamed, believes Jhimli must have given all the money to Anindo. Appu urges Lalon to find Jhimli quickly. Just then, Jhimli calls Anuradha, revealing that she has married Anindo. She reassures Anuradha not to worry. However, when Anuradha demands to know why she took the money, Jhimli coldly replies that she only took what she believed was rightfully hers. Anuradha scolds her, but Jhimli insists she can handle herself before abruptly ending the call. Anuradha, heartbroken, says there’s no need to search for Jhimli anymore. Back at the Bose house, Arshi taunts Jhanak, saying that if Jhanak hadn’t run away, she would have remained trapped in the red-light district. Jhanak shoots back, accusing Arshi of being the reason she ended up in such a difficult situation in the first place. She reminds Arshi that the comfortable life she now enjoys is due to her own actions, not Arshi’s.
