The episode opens with Virat, gripping the barrel of a gun, challenging the terrorist and daring him to harm Amruta. Despite Amruta’s growing anxiety for his safety, Virat quickly overpowers the terrorist. Furious, he demands to know how the man dared to touch Amruta, triggering memories of past moments where Virat had protected her.
Later, Virat and Amruta share a silent, intense gaze, but their moment is interrupted when the terrorist seizes the chance to grab the gun. Intent on teaching Virat a lesson, he aims to shoot Amruta. As the terrorist pulls the trigger, Virat instinctively steps in front of her, taking the bullet. The police arrive to arrest the terrorist while Amruta rushes to Virat’s side as he collapses. Virat begins to recover fragments of his memories as Ranvir, before falling unconscious. Amruta desperately calls for help.
Amruta updates Dildar, informing him that Virat is in critical condition at the city hospital. Nimrit reflects on Anjali’s words, remembering that Virat had always been willing to risk his life for Amruta.
Meanwhile, Abhir informs Manvi about Virat’s hospitalization, insisting they must prevent him from regaining his memories. Manvi agrees and prepares a memory-blocking injection, determined to stop Virat from remembering his past.
At the hospital, Amruta stays by Virat’s side, deeply concerned as he asks what she would do without him, recalling how he had saved her on both the bank and the airplane. Amruta is overjoyed, believing that Virat has regained his memories, but his condition soon takes a turn as he is rushed into surgery.
Babita expresses to Dildar her belief that Virat must be the real one, as no one else would risk their life for Amruta. However, Bhavani remains unconvinced, acknowledging Ranvir’s bravery but still refusing to accept him as Virat. Harsh emerges from the operation theater and confirms that the surgery was a success. Abhir and Manvi arrive at the hospital shortly after.
Manvi, still distrustful of Harsh because of his connection to Amruta, confronts him, questioning the credibility of another doctor. Harsh defends his actions, stating that if he wanted Ranvir dead, he wouldn’t have saved him. In a fit of rage, Manvi raises her hand to slap him, but Amruta intervenes, commenting on her aggressive behavior.
Later, Amruta remains by Virat’s side, promising that once he regains consciousness, she will never leave him. Meanwhile, Manvi sneaks into Virat’s room, disguised as a nurse, preparing to administer the memory-blocking drug. She is stopped when she notices Amruta inside the room. Harsh, noticing Manvi as well, steps in and explains that he sent the nurse to check on Virat’s vitals. He then asks Amruta to step outside for a moment to speak with her. Trusting him, Amruta leaves with one last glance at Virat.
With Amruta gone, Manvi seizes the opportunity and injects the drug into Virat’s IV, determined to ensure that he remains oblivious to his past, all while plotting her revenge against the Ahuja family.
