Kangana Ranaut, the actor-turned-politician and current Member of Parliament from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has launched a strong criticism of the Congress government in the state. Her complaints come after she received a shocking electricity bill of Rs 1 lakh for her home in Manali, despite not living there.
During a political event in Mandi, Kangana expressed her frustration, saying, “I received a Rs 1 lakh electricity bill for my house in Manali, even though I don’t stay there. This is such a miserable situation, and I feel ashamed reading it. This is what’s happening in the state.”
Kangana went on to describe the current state of affairs, emphasizing the need for change. She referred to the leadership as “bhediyas” (wolves) and called for the state to be freed from their control. She urged her supporters to unite for progress, stating, “We have a chance, and all of you—my brothers and sisters—are doing great work on the ground. It is our duty to lead this state and country toward development. I believe we must remove the wolves from our state.”
