The episode opens with Jaya urging Ranvijay to tell the family about Vaiju’s existence, but he is lost in his memories of her. Shaking himself out of his thoughts, Ranvijay pretends to be fine and even asks Jaya what gift she’d like for her birthday. Jaya, however, sees right through him and confronts him, realizing he hasn’t truly moved on. Ranvijay, frustrated, insists that Vaiju is no longer part of his life and demands Jaya never bring her up again.
Meanwhile, Vayu is seen smiling at a family portrait before hanging a photo of himself with Vaiju and Vani on the wall. At dinner, Jaya calls him to join the family, but he says he needs to finish something first. As everyone gathers around the table, Arhaan spots the picture of Vaiju and asks about it. Surprised, Vayu calls her his “fighter aunty” and asks Arhaan if he knows her. Ranvijay quickly dismisses the situation, calling it a misunderstanding. Jaya takes Vayu inside while Vasundara confronts Ranvijay, demanding to know the truth. He admits that Vaiju is alive but refuses to acknowledge her in their home. When Vasundara presses him about Vani’s father, Ranvijay remains silent.
Vasundara, furious, smashes the picture frame, but Jaya picks it up, defending Vayu’s confidence, which she believes has grown thanks to Vaiju’s influence. Still, Vasundara is resolute and declares that Vaiju’s name should never be spoken in their house. Sulekha agrees, reinforcing that Vaiju must never return.
Later, Vasundara tells Jaya she’ll be booking tickets for her and Ranvijay to go away, also questioning if Jaya has seen Vaiju again. Jaya admits she couldn’t believe it at first, but Vasundara firmly reminds her that Ranvijay’s decision is final—Jaya is his wife now. Meanwhile, Vayu, heartbroken, tries to call Vani, but Vasundara takes his phone, insisting he delete her number. In his despair, Vayu collapses down the stairs, losing consciousness. Ranvijay rushes him to the hospital, while Vaiju, miles away, begins to feel uneasy. As the doctor examines Vayu, Vani asks Vaiju if she misses him too, urging her to call him one last time.
