Mangal Lakshmi 22nd March 2025 episode highlights Mangal’s determination to clear her name. Adit prepares for an interview while Kusum tries to dispose of the divorce papers. Akshat and Sudesh push Mangal to take a stand against Niketan. During the Kalash Sthapana ritual, Mangal vows to fight for the truth.
As Adit prepares for an important interview, Sowmya arrives with divorce papers, asking him to sign them and ensure Mangal does the same. Preoccupied with his preparations, Adit sets the documents aside, unaware that Kusum later discovers them. Concerned that Adit might go through with the divorce, Kusum decides to get rid of the papers.
Meanwhile, Sudesh urges Mangal to expose Niketan, but she refuses, unwilling to act against Kusum. Their conversation does not go unnoticed—Akshat overhears everything. Determined to dispose of the divorce papers, Kusum hides them among school documents, planning to destroy them later.
Sowmya, asserting herself as the new daughter-in-law, insists on overseeing the Navratri pooja preparations. However, Mangal stands her ground, making it clear that she will handle the rituals herself. Kusum, though preoccupied with the divorce papers, hesitantly agrees to accompany Sowmya to the market.
Later, while organizing documents, Mangal accidentally scatters some papers. Around the same time, she realizes that Akshat hasn’t returned home with Ishana. Worried, she rushes to find him and discovers him crying in the park. Distressed by being labeled the son of a murderer, Akshat pleads with Mangal to clear her name. Unbeknownst to her, this emotional moment has been carefully orchestrated by Akshat and Sudesh to push her into taking action.
Moved by her son’s anguish, Mangal finally resolves to reveal the truth. The next day, during the Kalash Sthapana ritual, she prays for the strength to prove her innocence. Adit, meanwhile, seeks strength for his family, while Kusum silently hopes for Adit and Mangal’s reunion. In contrast, Sowmya prays for their separation, determined to carve her own place in the family.
