Omar Marmoush’s brilliant hat-trick helped Manchester City secure a dominant victory over Newcastle United in the English Premier League.
In Saturday night’s match, City defeated Newcastle 4-0. Marmoush, who joined City just a few weeks ago, scored a first-half hat-trick to lead his team to victory.
Marmoush netted his goals in the 19th, 24th, and 33rd minutes, completing his hat-trick and giving City a commanding lead. City added one more goal in the second half.
In the 84th minute, James McAtee scored, further extending City’s lead. With this win, City now has 44 points from 25 matches, while the defeated Newcastle remains at 41 points.
In other Saturday matches, Brentford defeated West Ham 1-0, Bournemouth beat Southampton 3-1, and Fulham secured a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Ipswich Town played to a 1-1 draw.
