The episode opens with Navjot informing Arjun that she spoke to the head doctor, who, feeling guilty, had sent Meenu to take care of him, free of charge. However, earlier, Megha had threatened the head doctor to support her fabricated story. In the present, Navjot instructs Meenu to administer medicine for Arjun’s headache. She then asks Mukta to manage Meenu, explaining that Meenu’s presence at their house is due to Mukta’s past actions of kidnapping Arjun. Mukta insists on firing Meenu, but Navjot disagrees, saying that Arjun needs her care. She reminds Mukta of the importance of the next day and tells her to focus on her own responsibilities.
The following day, Meenu is taking notes on Arjun’s diet when he complains about feeling trapped like in a prison. Meenu suggests giving him kada prasad, a special dish, to which Arjun is curious but hesitant. She reveals it was a dish Megha used to make for him, and despite his initial refusal, Arjun admits his fondness for it and the many memories associated with it. Meenu confidently tells him no one can make it better than her, though Arjun disagrees. She convinces him to try tomato soup, promising that she will later make the best kada prasad in the world for him.
Mukta arrives and invites Arjun to lunch outside, thinking it will help him feel better. Arjun declines, stating he is too weak and wants to rest. However, Mukta insists, reminding him of her house and eventually persuades him to go. Meenu offers to accompany them, which bothers Mukta, who accuses her of overstepping. Meenu maintains that she must take care of Arjun. Navjot steps in, telling them to leave. Once they head out, Navjot checks with Sikandar to ensure everything is ready, and he silently confirms.
During the drive, Meenu comments on Mukta’s impressive driving skills, despite her time abroad. Suddenly, Mukta realizes the car brakes have failed and informs Arjun. In a desperate attempt to stop the vehicle, she crashes into a tree. Meenu is thrown into Arjun’s lap, and he hallucinates seeing Megha. When he snaps back to reality, he sees Meenu instead. Meanwhile, Mukta feels dizzy, but Arjun checks on her and she reassures him that she’s fine.
Back at Talwar House, Navjot anxiously asks what happened. Arjun explains the car’s brake failure and the accident. Hearing this, Shagun grows panicked, but Arjun reassures her and asks for her medicine. Meenu promptly retrieves it.
After Shagun falls asleep, Arjun thanks Meenu, who assures him Shagun will feel better soon. Mukta, however, becomes suspicious about how Meenu knew about Shagun’s medicine. Arjun admits that Meenu reminds him of someone, to which Meenu confidently states that she reminds him of his wife, Megha. Arjun denies it, insisting that Megha caused him nothing but pain. In the next moment, Arjun dials Megha’s number, and to his surprise, Meenu’s phone begins ringing.
