Just then, a disturbance in the crowd catches her attention.
In the midst of the chaos, a man behaves erratically and pours kerosene on himself. The onlookers try to intervene, but Megha steps forward to stop them, urging them to calm down. She soon realizes that the man is only asking for food, so she buys some and offers it to him. But as the man turns around, Megha is horrified to see that it’s Manoj, thought to be dead. Memories of their past together and the moment he fell off a cliff overwhelm her, and in shock, she drops the plate of food. Manoj scolds her for wasting the food and demands more, even calling her “aunty” and pleading for food in a childlike manner.
Elsewhere, Arjun is desperately trying to get Mukta to answer her phone, but she refuses, explaining that she has been getting harassing calls. Arjun angrily picks up the phone and confronts the callers, vowing to get Mukta a new SIM card. But Mukta, feeling hopeless, questions if Arjun can give her a new life since hers already feels ruined. She breaks down, clinging to his hand, while Navjot watches with a sly grin.
Meanwhile, Manoj panics when he sees a van from a mental asylum approaching. He pleads with Megha to protect him, but before she can react, asylum staff arrive and restrain him with chains. They take him away, leaving Megha confused and shaken. As she tries to process the situation, she becomes lightheaded and faints.
At the same time, Arjun apologizes to Mukta but is interrupted by a call from a dhaba worker, who informs him about Megha’s condition. He quickly leaves to find her, leaving Mukta behind.
