The episode begins with Arjun telling Surendar that he plans to visit Dr. Bisht, a senior psychologist in London, to understand the game Manoj is playing. He hopes to convince Dr. Bisht to come to India, as Arjun suspects that Manoj might be mentally unstable. Surendar questions whether Arjun believes Manoj is unwell and suggests that Arjun may need psychological help for thinking this way. Megha, however, intervenes, clarifying that there’s no confirmation yet, which is why Arjun wants Dr. Bisht’s opinion.
Riya accuses Megha of being the cause of Kirpal’s suffering, but Kirpal reassures Riya that they’ll manage. Riya storms off in anger. Arjun tells Surendar that it’s their duty to protect Megha and the baby, which is why he brought Megha there. Surendar brings up Arjun’s earlier statement about leaving Megha at the house, questioning Arjun’s true intentions. He wonders why Megha continues returning to the Talwar house despite her connection with Arjun. Megha responds by saying she loves both Arjun and Surendar, but they end up as enemies. She urges them to let go of their egos. Arjun informs Surendar that he has asked Sikandar to monitor Manoj and that Mukta will bring food to Manoj.
Meanwhile, Mukta gives candies to Manoj and asks him to share them with Megha. Manoj agrees. Surendar wonders why Manoj is being kept at the Talwar house, and Riya responds by saying that danger always follows Megha, showing Manoj to everyone. Megha asks Manoj how he ended up there, but Manoj, following Mukta’s instructions not to reveal anything, says he can’t explain. Surendar and Kirpal try to kick Manoj out, but he insists that he brought the candies for Megha. Megha intervenes, asking them to let him stay. Surendar, frustrated, calls Manoj the devil. Megha quietly tells Surendar that they cannot jeopardize Arjun’s plan. Manoj then tells Megha that he won’t stay without her and hands her the candies. He insults Surendar, mentioning that the cat died after eating one of the candies, before screaming that the candy was poisoned.
Megha begins to struggle to breathe, and Surendar urgently asks Kirpal to bring the car. Manoj offers salt to Megha, telling her to eat it. She vomits shortly after. Navjot mentions that Megha would have died if it weren’t for Manoj. Mukta suggests they focus on Arjun, but just then, Manoj attacks her, strangling her. Navjot tells Megha to stop Manoj, or Mukta will die. Arjun rushes in, hitting Manoj with a stick and demanding to know why Megha didn’t stop him. Megha admits that her mind wasn’t working clearly in the moment and reveals that she had poisoned the candy herself. She acknowledges that Manoj saved her life.
Arjun reassures her that Manoj is only unconscious and that Mukta had been close to dying. Megha explains that Manoj had told her Mukta gave him the candy, but Mukta denies any responsibility, claiming she had no idea what Manoj did with it. Arjun asks Megha if she’s alright, and she confirms she is, remembering how Manoj had saved her twice. Later, Megha confronts Mukta in her room, where Mukta comments on Arjun’s absence. Megha, determined, tells Mukta that she will do anything to ensure Arjun’s happiness and accuses Mukta of being a puppet under Navjot’s control. Mukta responds by complimenting the art of puppetry.
