Nepal secured the spot after defeating the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 5 wickets in the Super 3 stage of the Asia Qualifier. Chasing a target of 115 runs, Nepal reached the goal in 19.3 overs, losing five wickets along the way. Captain Indu Barma led the charge with an unbeaten 34 runs, steering her team to victory.
Strong Bowling Sets Up the Win
Earlier, the UAE posted 114 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Captain Esha Oza top-scored with 39 runs, supported by Theertha Satish (21) and Heena Hotchandani (20).
