Nepal Wins Gold Medal in Ongoing International Open Karate Championship
Nepal has secured a gold medal in the ongoing International Open Karate Championship. The first gold medal for Nepal came in the Kata performance under the age group category.
Siddhartha Rana, a 10-year-old Nepali athlete, clinched the gold medal. The championship, organized by the Indian National Karate Federation, features participation from over 100 players from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and various regions of India.
The finals for various age and weight categories will be held today and tomorrow. A total of 18 players, both men and women, are representing Nepal in the championship.
