Nepal to Host First-Ever UCI Pump Track World Championship

Nepal is set to make history by hosting its inaugural qualifier for the 2025 Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships. The event is scheduled for May 31, 2025, at the Pump Track in Kupondole, Lalitpur.

Organized by Zero Level MTB School and Himalayan Single Track, in partnership with Lalitpur Metropolitan City Ward No. 1, the one-day competition will feature various categories: Elite, Masters, Juniors, Youth, and Kids. The Elite category stands as the main event, where the top four male and female riders will earn spots in the World Championships .

Path to the World Championships

The successful athletes from the Nepal qualifier will advance to the World Championships finale, set to take place in Monthey, Switzerland, on September 5, 2025 .
