Nepal has invited the Netherlands to bat in the triangular women’s T20 series. At the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Nepal’s captain Indu Barma won the toss and chose to field first.
The Nepali playing XI includes Indu Barma, Bindu Rawal, Samjhana Khadka, Kabita Kunwar, Puja Mahato, Rubina Chhetry, Kavita Joshi, Manisha Upadhyay, Alisha Kumari Yadav, Ishwori Bist, and Sita Rana Magar.
This is Nepal’s first-ever match against the Netherlands. In the ICC Women’s T20 International rankings, the Netherlands is ranked 16th, while Nepal is ranked 20th. The Netherlands is playing in Nepal for the first time.
Thailand is the third team in this series. Each team will play against the other three times, and the team with the highest points will be declared the winner.
