NEPSE Up by 49.12 Points, Turnover Worth NPR 6.30 Billion

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed with a significant increase on Monday. Today, NEPSE rose by 49.12 points to settle at 2,640.68 points.

According to NEPSE, transactions worth NPR 6.30 billion were recorded today. Out of the 226 companies traded, the share prices of 226 increased, while 12 decreased, and 4 remained stable. Investors in two companies made the highest gains in today’s trading.

The share price of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha increased by 10%, reaching NPR 6,732 per share. Similarly, the share price of Super Madi Hydropower Limited rose by 9.70%.

On the other hand, the share prices of Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha dropped by 10%. NRN Infrastructure Development Limited recorded the highest transaction value today.

According to NEPSE, the company saw transactions amounting to NPR 290.9 million.
