The BP Highway, which had been blocked due to heavy rainfall on Monday night, has now reopened for two-way traffic. According to the District Traffic Police Office in Kavre, sections of the road in Roshi Rural Municipality—specifically in Mamti (ward 11), Pinthali (ward 9), and Biruwadanda—were obstructed by mudslides. With the joint effort of the traffic police, Nepal Police, and the Road Department, the debris was cleared and the road was made operational again by 8:35 AM on Tuesday. Authorities have advised travelers to stay updated on road conditions before starting their journey.
