A commercial property in Derby, East Midlands, became the scene of an emergency response after a chemical leak led to a swift evacuation and medical concerns.
Authorities were alerted to the incident on Princes Street, where emergency teams quickly intervened to contain the situation. Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service successfully isolated the source of the leak, preventing further risk, while the East Midlands Ambulance Service assessed 24 individuals on-site.
