Under the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) organization, the ongoing Jay Trophy Men’s Elite Cup will feature two matches on Saturday in Janakpur and Birgunj, Madhesh Province.
In the fifth match of the tournament, Madhesh Province will face Tribhuvan Army. The game is scheduled to start at 9:30 AM at the Narayani Cricket Ground in Birgunj.
Similarly, the sixth match will see the Nepal Police Club competing against Bagmati Province. This match will also begin at 9:30 AM in Janakpur.
In previous matches, Nepal Police Club has secured one win and one draw. Tribhuvan Army and Bagmati Province played two draws, while Madhesh Province had one draw and one loss.
Nepal Police Club leads the points table with 40 points and is in a strong position to reach the finals. Tribhuvan Army is in second place, Bagmati Province is third, and Madhesh Province is fourth.
The results of these matches will decide which teams advance to the finals. The top two teams will compete in a three-day final starting Tuesday.
