A man has been found dead in the Ajammari Community Forest area of Lamahi Municipality-5, Dang. According to the District Police Office, Dang, the body has been identified as 41-year-old Yogendra Bahadur Khatri from Ratodanda, Lamahi-5.
Police reports say Khatri had been missing since last Tuesday. During the search, his body was discovered lying in a ditch inside the community forest on Monday afternoon.
Local herders, who had taken their cattle to graze, spotted the body and informed the police. The body has been sent to Lamahi Hospital for a post-mortem, and further investigations are ongoing.
