Nepali bodybuilder Sharad Suwal has won a silver medal in the 55 kg weight category at the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in Thimphu, Bhutan.
Suwal’s performance earned Nepal a proud spot on the podium. He was one of five athletes representing Nepal in this year’s championship.
