Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ the chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center), arrived in Morang on Friday evening to attend several programs.
Today, he is scheduled to inspect the Girija Prasad Koirala Cricket Stadium in Morang. He will also participate in an event at Hotel Asiatic and address a gathering organized by Gramthan Rural Municipality.
This morning, Prachanda went on a morning walk in Biratnagar, starting from Thulomil Chowk and passing through Tinpaini, Jaljala Chowk, Hospital Chowk, and the District Administration Office before returning to Thulomil Chowk.
He also shared on social media that he began his day by tasting “Bhakka,” a traditional dish of the Rajbanshi community.
In his post, he wrote: “Good morning! I started my day with the taste of the Rajbanshi community’s Bhakka. Today, I will spend most of the day interacting with the people of Morang.”
