The match schedule for the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) U-19 Championship has been released.
The tournament will take place at the Golden Jubilee Stadium in Arunachal Pradesh, India, from May 9 to May 18. As per the schedule announced today, Nepal will play its first match against Sri Lanka on May 11. On the same day, Bhutan and Bangladesh will also compete.
A total of six nations are participating in the tournament, with Nepal placed in Group ‘B’ alongside India and Sri Lanka. Nepal’s second match will be against host nation India on May 13. On the same day, Maldives and Bhutan will also face off.
Group ‘A’ consists of defending champions Bangladesh, Maldives, and Bhutan. The tournament will kick off with a match between Bangladesh and Maldives, followed by a game between Sri Lanka and India on the opening day.

The tournament will continue with knockout matches after the group stage, leading up to the final on May 18.
