Shah Rukh Khan Injury False Rumours: Actor Doing Well, 'King' Shoot to Resume Soon

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently made headlines — not just for his upcoming movie King, but also due to rumours that he was injured. Early reports claimed he hurt his back while filming action scenes, forcing a pause in the shoot. It was even said that he went to the US for treatment. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wished him a speedy recovery after hearing the news.

No Injury, Confirms Close Source

However, a new report by NDTV confirms that Shah Rukh Khan is not injured. A source close to the actor said the rumours are not true. While SRK has dealt with old injuries from past shoots, which sometimes cause discomfort, he did not suffer a new back injury during the filming of King.

Fans Relieved and Happy

Fans of SRK were worried at first and prayed for his health. Now that it’s clear he’s fine, they are happy and relieved. Many took to social media to send him good wishes and express excitement for his next movie.

‘King’ Movie Update

Shah Rukh Khan is currently working on King, which is expected to resume filming in September. His daughter Suhana Khan is likely to play a role in the film. There are also rumours that actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, and Raghav Juyal may be part of the cast — but none of these names have been officially confirmed yet.
