An unidentified male body has been discovered in the middle of Mankhola stream, located in Ward 4 of Badhaiyatal Rural Municipality, Bardiya. The body was spotted around 10:30 PM by locals, who immediately informed the police.
According to DSP Chakrabahadur Damarpal of the Bardiya District Police Office, the deceased man is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall. At the time of discovery, he was wearing a grey kurta, red vest, grey half pants, and a traditional Bhaktapuri topi.
The body has been taken to Bardiya Hospital’s morgue for further investigation. Authorities are working to confirm the man’s identity and determine the cause of death.
An investigation is currently underway.
