The film Unko Sweater had a good start at the domestic box office in its first week. Starring Bipin Karki and Miruna Magar, it entered its second week on Friday.
According to the government’s official box office report, the film earned a gross of Rs 40,478,210 nationwide by Thursday night.
However, the number of shows decreased slightly in the second week. While it opened with 190 shows, the number dropped to 115 on the second Friday.
Directed by Nabin Chauhan, the film tells the story of cultural, social, and psychological conflicts in an inter-caste love story. With three new films released this Friday, Unko Sweater now faces the challenge of maintaining its show count and audience occupancy.
