A person has been arrested for fraud under the pretext of sending someone to Croatia.
The arrested individual is 40-year-old Lalimaya Darlami from Maharabharat Rural Municipality-2, Kavre. She was arrested by a team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office.
Darlami is accused of cheating 575,000 rupees from a person by promising to send them to Croatia. She has been sent to the Department of Foreign Employment for further legal action.
