Kailali, Ashar 6 – A 19-year-old woman, Tulsi Nath, was found dead near her home in Kailashpur, Gauriganga Municipality-7, Kailali. According to police, she was recently postpartum and her body was discovered in a drainage area in front of her house.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Raj Kumar Singh confirmed that an investigation is ongoing. DSP Ran Bahadur Chand from the Malakheti Area Police Office, who visited the scene, stated that Nath had recently given birth and her 16-day-old baby boy was found alive nearby.
The cause of death remains unclear as authorities continue their inquiry into the incident.
