A bus accident in Temal Rural Municipality-3, Kundol, Kavrepalanchok, has left one person dead on the spot.
The bus (Na 4 Kha 8817) was returning to Dhading after dropping off a wedding group in Temal when it fell 200 meters off the road. Ram Singh Tamang, 50, from Temal-1, died at the scene.
The driver, Krishna Blon, 50, from Bagmati Rural Municipality, Makwanpur, was seriously injured and has been taken to Dhulikhel Hospital for treatment, according to Police Constable Shambhu Bohora from Pachuwarghat Police Post.
Police are investigating the incident.
