Nepali actors Paul Shah and Benisha Hamal are currently in Butwal, promoting their upcoming movie ‘Mohar’, which is set to release on Shrawan 23 . The duo is winning hearts as they dance with fans to the catchy song “Jhum Jhum” from the film, which is already gaining popularity online.
Connecting With Fans in Colleges and Schools
While in Butwal, the ‘Mohar’ team visited various colleges and schools, directly interacting with students and audiences. Joining the promotional tour were writer and director Om Pratik, producer Chumban Jung Shahi, chief assistant director Giriraj Ghimire, along with lead actors Paul and Benisha.
During one of the interaction sessions, Paul Shah said ‘Mohar’ is a family-friendly film that everyone can enjoy together. He added,
“For an artist, real earnings come from the love of the audience — and that kind of love is not easy to earn.”
The team also met with members of the Rotaract Club and other local organizations to spread word about the film.

Based on the ‘Deuki’ Tradition
‘Mohar’ is inspired by the traditional practice of ‘Deuki’, and features performances by Paul Shah, Benisha Hamal, Niti Shah, Arjun Jung Shahi, and Ravindra Jha. The film is produced under the Film Makers Pvt. Ltd. banner and is expected to do well at the box office.
The production team is also planning to release the official trailer in the coming days to build more excitement.
