Bollywood power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are not just known for their brilliant acting but also for being loving parents to their daughter, Raha. Fans often admire how fondly they talk about her in interviews, showcasing their deep bond.

Recently, Ranbir and Alia made a heartfelt request to the media, asking them to respect their daughter’s privacy by not clicking or sharing her photos. While they hope to avoid any legal action, they emphasized the importance of keeping Raha away from unnecessary public attention.

A Personal Appeal to the Paparazzi

During a recent meet-and-greet event with photographers, Ranbir directly addressed the media, urging them to be considerate about Raha’s privacy.

“I was born and raised in Mumbai, and we grew up in the film industry. You all are like family to us. There’s no need for legal action when we can just talk and understand each other. We trust that you will respect our request,” the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar star said.

He further explained, “We’re simply asking for this as parents, for the well-being of our child. We know that in today’s digital world, anything can go viral in seconds, and we can’t control that. But you, as part of our industry family, can help us protect our daughter.”

Alia Bhatt on Raha’s Safety Concerns

Alia also urged media professionals to follow privacy laws that protect minors, stressing that a child’s image cannot be used without parental consent. She clarified that they don’t want to take strict action but may have to if their repeated requests are ignored.

The Alpha actress opened up about her biggest fear, saying, “My worst nightmare is someone breaking in and taking Raha away.”

When asked how the paparazzi should handle spotting Raha at the airport, Alia suggested letting her move first before clicking pictures. She also requested that if any photo of Raha is shared online, her face should be covered with an emoji to protect her privacy.
