Ranveer’s Message: A Call for Peace, But With Controversy

In his now-deleted post shared on Saturday, Ranveer Allahbadia wrote that he holds no hatred toward Pakistani people. He apologized to them if it ever felt like Indians were spreading hate and said many Indians also hope for peace.

However, he also pointed out that Pakistan’s government is not fully in charge, accusing the country’s military and intelligence agency, ISI, of causing harm to both India and Pakistan. He claimed that the common people in Pakistan are very different from these powerful institutions and deserve peace and prosperity.

He Listed ‘Proofs’ to Back His Claims

Ranveer’s post included claims like:

  • Most captured terrorists in India have Pakistani origins
  • Pakistani military leaders attended the funeral of a Jaish-E-Mohammed leader’s brother
  • Pakistan’s defense minister allegedly admitted to supporting terrorism on an international news channel

He concluded by saying this is not about people vs. people, but about standing against terrorism and military interference. “Hope peace prevails in the long term, Inshallah,” he wrote.

Post Deleted, But Reactions Continue

Even though Ranveer Allahbadia removed the post, screenshots quickly went viral on social media. Many users criticized him, calling the post “insulting” and accusing him of hypocrisy.

One user on X wrote, “This is insulting to our brave armed forces. And on your part, it is Hypocrisy at its peak. Shame on you!” Another added, “Kabhi nahi sudhrega Ranveer.”

Ranveer Allahbadia Responds with a Clarification Video

After deleting the post, Ranveer shared a video asking people not to spread misinformation. He also addressed Pakistan’s involvement in recent violent attacks, reiterating his stance on wanting peace but standing against terrorism.
