Ever since its teaser dropped, Saiyaara—produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF) and directed by Mohit Suri—has captured the imagination of audiences, quickly becoming 2025’s most anticipated romantic film. Marking the coming together of two powerhouses of love stories—YRF and Mohit Suri—the film has been praised for its emotionally intense storytelling and the electrifying chemistry between debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda.
‘Saiyaara’ Title Track Released
YRF officially released the film’s title track today, kicking off the movie’s music and marketing campaign. Director Mohit Suri revealed that the album holds a very personal place in his heart. “The music of Saiyaara is a collection of songs, thoughts, and melodies I’ve been gathering for over five years,” he shared. “Much like a book lover collects stories, I’ve always been passionate about meeting new composers, exploring fresh sounds, and holding on to melodies that speak to the heart.”
A Fresh, Soulful Soundtrack
Mohit emphasized his intention to bring audiences a completely fresh romantic album for the debutant film. “I wanted every song to feel special, to come from a place of love and longing,” he said. “And that’s why we’re starting with the title track. It’s a song I fell in love with instantly.”
New Talent from Kashmir Enters Bollywood
The Saiyaara title track also marks the Bollywood debut of two promising musical artists from Kashmir—Faheem Abdulla and Arsalan Nizami. “They are incredibly talented, and I’m thrilled to introduce them through this film,” said Mohit. The track has been composed by hitmaker Tanishk Bagchi, with lyrics penned by the acclaimed Irshad Kamil.
A Love Story to Remember
Starring Ahaan Panday in his debut role and Aneet Padda—who won hearts with her breakout performance in Big Girls Don’t Cry—Saiyaara promises a heartwarming romantic tale. Produced by YRF’s CEO Akshaye Widhani, the film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on July 18, 2025.
