In the Shiv Shakti 22nd March 2025 episode, Goddess Parvati’s devotion is tested as Lord Shiva creates divine obstacles in her path at Somnath. She refuses to back down, proving her strength as Shakti. Sadashiv declares she must atone for her actions before proceeding. Witness Parvati’s relentless determination and Shiva’s ultimate test in Shiv Shakti (Colors).
As the chants of “Har Har Mahadev” resonate, Goddess Parvati and her devotees push forward, overcoming obstacles in their path. Under Sadashiv’s guidance, they pour water on the sacred Somnath Jyotirlinga. Witnessing this act, Narad and Brahmadev follow suit. However, Heti and Prehti attempt to approach Parvati and the devotees, only to be halted by a mystical water barrier that shields them.
Meanwhile, Lord Shiva watches Parvati’s unwavering devotion with deep concern. He expresses his wish for her to end her pilgrimage, confessing that while he once sacrificed his wife for duty, he cannot endure seeing her suffer. Yet, Sadashiv reminds him that Parvati is none other than Shakti itself—unyielding and powerful. Resolute in her mission, Goddess Parvati declares that she will confront Lord Shiva at Somnath and demand answers for his abandonment. As she advances, Shiva raises a towering wall in her path, leaving even Lord Narayan bewildered by this divine intervention.
Undeterred, Parvati refuses to turn back. She asserts her rightful place beside Shiva, proclaiming that she is his Shakti and will not return without him. Lord Narayan and Brahmadev plead with Shiva to remove the barrier, but instead of relenting, Shiva strengthens it. Goddess Saraswati urges him not to test Parvati’s resolve in this manner.
At this moment, Sadashiv intervenes with a profound revelation—only those pure of heart may offer water to the Somnath Jyotirlinga. He declares that Parvati has committed a sin by disrupting the balance of Earth in her quest for love. Acknowledging this truth, Goddess Parvati humbly accepts the need for atonement. Determined to purify herself, she embarks on a path of penance, placing thorned bel leaves on the staircase, enduring the pain with unwavering devotion, and seeking redemption for her actions.
Her journey continues, a testament to her strength, devotion, and the unbreakable bond between Shiva and Shakti.
