A video showing a tense moment on the set of Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela’s upcoming romantic musical has gone viral, raising alarms among fans. Filmed in Darjeeling, the clip shows Sreeleela being unexpectedly yanked into a crowd during a busy shoot, leaving viewers concerned about her safety.
Unsettling Moment on Set
In the footage, the two actors are seen walking together in a crowded area. Suddenly, a man grabs Sreeleela, causing her to stumble. As Kartik walks ahead, he turns around and notices Sreeleela is no longer by his side. Though she quickly regains her composure, the incident has sparked a heated discussion online about the lack of crowd control on set.
While some viewers believe the situation could be part of a scripted scene, many fans are worried about the risks to public safety. One user wrote, “This is scary. She’s a public figure, and the lack of crowd control is unacceptable.” Another added, “Even if staged, this reflects real concerns. The romantic musical, directed by Anurag Basu, is set for release during Diwali 2025 and will compete with Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s Thama. Sreeleela, making her Bollywood debut, replaced Triptii Dimri, who was originally cast in the role.
