Loveyapa is a Hindi remake of the 2022 Tamil film Love Today. The story revolves around the young couple, Baani (played by Khushi Kapoor) and Gucci (Junaid Khan), who are eager to get married. However, their journey takes a twist when Baani’s father challenges them to swap phones for 24 hours. As secrets are exposed, their relationship faces unexpected challenges.
Junaid Khan, the eldest son of actor Aamir Khan and his first wife Reena Dutta, and Khushi Kapoor, daughter of late legend Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, have both earned recognition for their performances. Khushi is also the sister of popular actress Janhvi Kapoor.
Among those in attendance at the screening were Aamir Khan’s close friends and contemporaries, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Fans are eagerly awaiting their thoughts on the film, which they may soon share on social media.
Junaid Khan’s previous project was the OTT film Maharaj, while Khushi Kapoor made her debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
