Suman and Teerth share an intimate moment when they become trapped in an elevator. As the doors open, however, the media is waiting, bombarding them with questions about their relationship and political affiliations. Embarrassed and overwhelmed, they quickly leave the scene.
Later, Suman seeks medical help for Teerth, but the doctor refuses to treat him unless she reveals the truth about Rishi’s paternity. This demand leaves Suman shaken and torn, especially as Rishi expresses his concerns over Teerth’s worsening condition, urging her to help.
Meanwhile, Vikram struggles with his unspoken feelings for Suman. Malini tries to comfort him, assuring him that there’s no romantic connection between Suman and Teerth. Motivated by this, Vikram resolves to pursue Suman more actively. Akhil, however, challenges Suman about her emotions for Teerth. In frustration, she slaps him and denies any romantic involvement.

Despite the emotional turmoil, Suman finds it difficult to forget Teerth. Her mother, Hema, acknowledges that Suman is still healing from the pain of Teerth’s betrayal. Chandrakant urges her to stay, but Suman decides to leave with Rishi. However, Rishi refuses to go until Teerth is out of danger. Just then, a nurse appears, announcing that Teerth wishes to see Rishi before it’s too late.
