The episode opens with Rishi screaming for his mother from his room, sending Suman and Teerth into a panic. Rushing in, they find Rishi struggling to breathe as smoke and fire fill the room. In a state of panic, Suman realizes there’s no extra inhaler and immediately rushes him to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors quickly take Rishi in for treatment, but Suman is not allowed to accompany him. Teerth tries to calm her down, but Bhoomi reveals that a broken mobile phone triggered an explosion in Rishi’s room, causing Teerth to erupt in anger. He accuses Suman of being careless, while Suman begins to suspect Teerth might have planted the phone himself. Bhoomi further fuels this suspicion, suggesting that Teerth orchestrated the explosion to create an opportunity for Suman to lose custody of Rishi.
Despite the mounting tension, Suman refuses to believe that Teerth would intentionally harm Rishi. She is determined to fight for her son’s well-being and insists they need to tackle this crisis together. Her closeness with Teerth stirs jealousy in Vikram, who tries to distance Teerth from Rishi. Suman, irritated by Vikram’s interference, tells him to leave, causing him to feel rejected. Devika seizes the moment to manipulate Vikram, convincing him that Suman has failed to show gratitude to those who have helped her, ultimately turning him against both Suman and Teerth.
Meanwhile, the doctor delivers grave news: Rishi’s condition is critical, and the next 24 hours will determine his fate. Suman is devastated, but Teerth reassures her that they will do everything in their power to save him. Leaning on Teerth’s support, Suman finds strength and composure.
In an effort to save Rishi, Geetanjali Devi advises Suman to worship Mahadev and fast during Shivratri, believing that only Suman’s devotion and sacrifice can lead to Rishi’s recovery.
