Three people lost their lives in separate road accidents that occurred on Wednesday night.
In Sadepani, Ward No. 2 of Ghodaghodi Municipality, Kailali, a motorcycle (registration no. SE 5 P 6944) collided with a parked mini truck (registration no. SE 1 KHA 1268). The motorcyclist, 45-year-old Amar Bam from Gauriganga Municipality–8, died during treatment at Ghodaghodi Hospital, Sukhad. Police have taken the mini truck driver into custody.
Similarly, in Zero area of Ilam Municipality–7, a tractor (registration no. KO 1 TA 7341) lost control and crashed on Wednesday night. The driver, 40-year-old Subash Tamang from Ilam, was seriously injured and died during treatment at Ilam District Hospital.
In another incident in Muhammad Tole, Rajpur Municipality–3, Rautahat, a vehicle (registration no. Province 2–03–002 H 6386) hit and killed a 3-year-old child named Sheikh Ajullan, son of Roz Umair. The child died during treatment at Aashirwad Hospital in Kalaiya, Bara. Police have taken the driver into custody.

Meanwhile, 45-year-old Yubaraj Dhakal, originally from Ward No. 3 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Morang, and residing in Shankhamul, Ward No. 31 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, was found dead in his rented room on Wednesday.
Also, 60-year-old Chudamani Kandel from Dudedhati, Ward No. 2 of Gajuri Rural Municipality, Dhading, and 68-year-old Motiraj Paudel, a resident of Roomjakot, Ward No. 5 of Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Gulmi, were found dead at a waiting shelter in Durgaphant, Ward No. 3 of Panini Rural Municipality, Arghakhanchi.
Additionally, an unidentified woman was found dead in the Karnali River near Srilanka area, Ward No. 8 of Tikapur Municipality, Kailali, according to police.
