Two young men lost their lives and another was injured after a motorcycle crashed into a truck in Sitaram Chowk, Birgunj on Friday morning.
The deceased have been identified as 23-year-old Ramakant Yadav and 23-year-old Vijay Yadav, both from Jhalmaiya, Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality–3, Parsa. According to police, they died during treatment at Narayani Hospital around 8 AM.
A third rider, 22-year-old Vijay Kumar Yadav, was injured in the accident and is currently receiving treatment.
The accident occurred when a motorcycle (Ba Pra 03–004 Pa 8612), which was stopped on the road, collided with the back of an Indian truck (HR 55 K 3971).
