In one image, Vicky Kaushal is seen in a vanity van, drenched in fake blood, with prosthetic pieces and torn skin hanging from his body, capturing the gruesome aftermath of the intense sequence. Another shot depicts him chained, battered, and covered in gaping wounds, showing the brutal torture his character endured.
The film Chhaava, a period drama about the legendary Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, has received widespread praise for Vicky’s performance and Preetisheel’s prosthetic work. Fans have applauded the actor and artist for bringing the character’s harrowing struggles to life.
