In the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 16th February 2025 episode, Kaveri faces growing stress as secrets come to light. Abhira questions Armaan’s commitment, while RK uncovers startling truths about his biological mother. Kaveri tries to hide the truth, and Abhira plans to confront her, but RK urges caution. The Goenka family becomes suspicious, leading to a tense showdown.
The episode opens with Abhira feeling concerned as Armaan hasn’t reached out to her. She reminisces about how he used to wait for her and always responded to her messages, but now he seems distant. She begins to question whether he is truly making an effort to save their marriage. Meanwhile, RK discovers that Shivani is missing and is with Bittu. Determined, he decides to bring her back home. A goon informs Kaveri that Shanti is located at a shelter house. Kaveri orders him to gather more details, agreeing to pay him for the information.
As Abhira anxiously waits for Armaan’s message, she instead gets a call from RK. She hesitates to answer, remembering how she rejected RK and dreading the awkwardness of facing him now. On the other hand, Abhir wonders if Abhira is preoccupied with wedding preparations or something else.
Kiara tells Charu that Abhir has sent her wedding dress. Charu checks on Kiara, who reassures her that she’s fine. Just then, Charu receives a call from Abhir, surprising Kiara. The tension in the room grows as Charu observes Kiara’s reaction, and she begins to feel bad for her. Abhir asks Charu if Kiara likes the dress, telling her it’s something Kiara must deal with.
Abhira and RK manage to capture the goon, pressing him for answers. The goon reveals to them that Kaveri has been hiding the truth: Armaan’s real mother is still alive. Shocked, Abhira decides she must tell Armaan the truth.
As Abhira and RK plan to meet with Armaan, he assumes they want to talk about their relationship and avoids them. Undeterred, Abhira resolves to confront Kaveri directly. At the same time, Kaveri realizes that RK has taken Shivani and plans to find them.
RK stops Abhira from confronting Kaveri, convinced that Kaveri will never reveal the truth. He advises Abhira to wait until they can find Armaan’s real mother before telling him. Abhira suspects that Madhav might have a picture of Armaan’s biological mother, so she decides to search for it.
Kaveri arrives at the Goenkas’ house, asking for RK’s address, claiming she wants to invite him personally. Manish, however, tells her that RK is already invited but Kaveri insists on extending an invitation herself, raising Manish’s suspicions.
Abhira checks with Charu whether she liked her wedding dress, but Vidya scolds her for trying to meet Armaan. Charu defends Abhira, reminding everyone that despite everything, she and Armaan are still legally married, and she has every right to meet him. Vidya, however, becomes offended by the comment.
