An 18-month-old child has died after drowning in a water bucket in Surkhet. The incident occurred on Thursday when Samir Rawat, the son of Deepak Rawat from Bheriganga Municipality-1, Lower Bharyang, fell into a water bucket.
According to the police, the child drowned in a neighbor’s water bucket.
Despite being rushed to Karnali Province Hospital in Kalagaun for treatment, Samir was pronounced dead due to the drowning.
