A child has died in a tiger attack in Bajura.
On Sunday, an 8-year-old boy, Bijay Rawat, from Dhurtola in Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipality-3, was attacked by a tiger in the yard of a shed located about two kilometers from his home.
The tiger attacked Rawat near a water source close to the yard and dragged him about 150 meters away before leaving him. According to the police, Rawat died on the spot.
